Dear Sythe Moderators,
First of all, this is me, Kindle / Haggerty. I am fully aware that I ban evaded, and apologize for this. After a five month break from these sites, I made this account on a whim and didn't think twice about it.

If anyone who has not read my original ban, or past appeal, the facts are as follows.

1. I sold grantgrant an account which I had previously bought back, and trained to become an initiate pure.
2. I bought the account back AGAIN once he got it 22 Defence from 20 for 25M, as I was planning to turn it into a turmoil pure,
3. We did not swap vouches, because he logged off right after the transaction was complete.
4. I got bored of questing, and was in the process of selling it when a member named VenomXI accused me of recovering and reselling.
5. After a lengthy dispute in which I could not pull up any supporting evidence, I was banned.
After this, I took a long break from Sythe, as well as Powerbot. When I came back in August, on Powerbot, I started performing services and created a name for myself in the community. I now have 70+ Feedbacks (Much like vouches on this forum) and have been trusted with 175M + at once (more but no pictures). I hope to get unbanned, as this community is full of people who you can actually start an intelligent conversation with, without being flamed by other members. If you want I could take a TWC, and a ban from the account sections of Sythe (I wish to be allowed to quest for other members). If you look at my track record, before and after that single event I have never been accused of scamming. I have acquired a few vouches from various members on Sythe for selling them various stuff, and hope to remain a legit member here.

You weren't denied because of a lack of evidence. You were denied because you lied, failed to accept responsibility, and you still hadn't paid him back.

In this thread you state that you have paid him back. Please provide proof of that

 

I do not have any proof of paying him. This was within the transaction of me buying the account back. I know I said that I would pay grantgrant 78M at that time if it meant I could get unbanned, but I actually do not have 78M to put together at this moment. I will see if I can contact grantgrant and ask him to clarify things for me.
