Paypal, I would have done WU or other methods , but since I put on my funds on paypal before I knew about problems with it , i rather just go with that.     You say here that your Paypal funds were uploaded, this means you used your Bank Account to upload them. Show us proof by posting your Paypal history here, which shows your transaction from your Bank Account. If you are able to do this, I will personally sell some to you.

    sorry. My mistake , I meant I have funds on my paypal from my cousin. I've had a credit card linked to my account before. But never a bank account.
