Since there isn't anymore randoms

Does this mean that items claimed from randoms are rare now? Items like camo top, camo bottoms, mine top, prince tunic etc.

As of now, you can get tokens off the squeal wheel I believe, but they are going to implement new ways.

 

Even if they did become "rare" they wouldn't be worth very much. You don't see scythe accounts going for much; there are a lot more accounts with random event clothing.

 

They are currently unobtainable but they are not considered actually 'rare'. Jagex has stated the will introduce something into the game that rewards/drop these items. There is no ETA for this update.

Regardless they are all untradeable. So i guess maybe in a while they could be kinda of rare.

 

I think that because of the mass quantity of these items it would take a fair while before they rise in any kind of rare category. I guess they're a rare collectible item you can flash off to everyone; not so much monetary value.

 

I guess you could class them as rare nowadays, but since alot of people have possession of these items they're hardly p hat rare, as someone above has said, even accs with scythe/ bunny ears dont go for much so i wouldnt have high hopes for this

 

No way. Everyone has camouflage, mime, lederhosen, and so on and so forth. This game will die out long before they would even be worth anything. Like KMJT said, Scythe accounts are practically worthless, so accounts with these measly items won't be worth anything to be completely honest.

 

According to Rune Wiki, "On the 24th of October 2012, along with the 2012 Halloween event, Jagex announced that they had removed random events from the game, and would make the emotes and costumes available a different way sometime in the future." So it would be new knowledge to me that tokens for the costumes have been added to SOF. I wouldn't consider them any rarer than an untradeable holiday item around the time of their release.

 

not neccisarily rare, but they are however more uncommon at this time and un-attainable by new accounts. But they are going ro fix it to where you can still obtain these items. Or so they say. Whether or not they decide to actually do this will depend if these items will be rare in say, 5-8 years,.

I would expect them to be somehow incorporated with SOF though, as of this moment they could be considered "rare" although it won't effect the price of an account.
