Yeah I've keep seeing people saying get 99 hp and summoning, won't affect cb lvl blah blah. Hoo Hash! Read it and weep boys!

 

This dooms summoning tanks pretty much. Owell, Summoning is still pretty useful in PvP it looks as, aslong as it isn't higher than one of your other CB stats it will not effect your combat level.

 

And here come the little tweaks Jagex won't mention until say, the day before

It's not our fault that Jagex decided to pull a rabbit (Summoning affecting combat) out of their hat last minute. Before they said a word, we were giving rock solid advice as they weren't even sure what they were doing. Agreed with Jack Goff, so long Summon tanks, you would've been unstoppable.

 

Hopefully there are a lot of them...

Also its kinda ridiculous they arent factoring in prayer, low levels with turm and 99 hp will be a possible new build. Although i read potions and prayer only affect your auto-attacks (non abilities) which make up far less of your total damage. I hope they dont fuck pray and herby like it sounds like they are...

 

Summoning tanks will be ruined unfortunately not sure why people still looking to buy them ...

I agree, herblore and prayer were effectively very good money sinks. Every good account was essentially worth 200-700m invested into these skills that are now worthless.
