Best pure to have in EoC?

So I was wanting to make a pure in EoC but I was wondering what the best choice would be. I have heard Turm Pures would be best but I was wondering what you all thought. Please explain.

99/99/1/99/99 with 99 hp and prayer as well. Summoning too if you cbf.
This will be a 100% maxed 1 def pure and will be one of the only 1 def pure setups going.

 

so are initiate pures going to be nerfd? because I do have a mystic mage with 78 magic and 20 defense. Was mainly wondering what to do with this account.

 

Well the only things that change now is that high prayer and very high or maxed HP is a must for any pker and attack, strength, ranged and magic should all be equal level (and summoning too if you bother)

 

so with the initiate pure, it would be 90+ attack, 20 def, 99 str, 99 magic, 99 hp . What prayer?

 

assuming 99, but you'd be better off as a turm pure at that rate.

 

barrows pures are going to be the best "pures" in EoC.

 

Well we won't actually know until the 20th. But defence is going to be much more important and beneficial so 20 def should be one of the better types of pures out there. We'll have to wait and see.

 

I apologize if I'm incorrect in advance, but it seems to me that you've made a contradictory statement. Defense will be taken into more consideration so I concur with MMA. Barrows pure, or even 75 def pures (whatever their terminology may be) should more desirable and what I would ultimately suggest.

 

Yes I should really specify I guess. I mean in reference to a 1 def, stock if the mill pure. Hadn't really considered high def pures because I dont actually consider them a pure due to their defence

 

so barrows pures seem to be the way to go... Descisions descisions... guess i got to wait till the 20th
