Briefly explain the trade: On the 30th October, I purchased a 9 Hp, 99 Magic account for the price of 50m from Squidworth. We conducted the trade over MSN, Skype (both voice and IM)

    Link to sale thread: http://www.sythe.org/showthread.php?t=1484121

Link to Vouch thread (I gave him a vouch after the sale): http://www.sythe.org/showthread.php?t=1172466

How they scammed: Things have gone smoothly, including the trade itself, until just this morning, only two days after my last log-in into the account, I was unable to access the account with my password, my Facebook log-In, nor was my email address registered to the account for me to attempt a recovery.

Proof that you were not talking to an impostor:

    Trade screenshots:

We conducted the trade mainly on Skype and MSN, I cannot access the MSN portion of the trade, nor the MSN message that Squidworth had sent me confirming that the Skype that added me was his.

(Whilst looking for the Skype messages, I just worked out the entire trade was done via Skype Call, therefore no evidence that the trade even occurred)

    But, here are some subsequent messages in regards to the account;

The following Skype Screenshots are of the same trailing conversation (Had to C/P them short due to my small windowed Netbook)

Edit: The conversation regarding princefi4e being locked was irrelevant to this current dispute (to my knowledge) as one day the account suddenly became locked, but I was able to quickly recover the account and resume using it. I put it down to the fact that I added JAG and Facebook linking to the account on that day, and due to the different IP address, this must have made Jagex suspicious. I was able to use the account for a while after this had happened with no problem. (Until now).

That's the end of the trade relevant Skype messages that were saved. For a bit of context, Princefi4e is the account name of the account that was sold to me then recovered, with Display Name: 9 Hp Magic. Up until now, the trade went completely smooth, where Squidworth seemed like a genuinely nice kind of guy, and we even somewhat became online friends.

Update: Found Facebook chat with Squidworth that shows him giving me his Skype name, and some other details about the account, including my initial request for him to either refund me for the account or assist me in recovering it if he had nothing to do with it (Innocent until proven guilty I guess).

Note: All times are in AEST.

Note: Prior to the conversation fragment in the last screenshot, I didn't screenshot part of a conversation because it contained sensitive personal information regarding a situation Squidworth is currently in, all it involved was him explaining his predicament and me asking if I could talk to him when he has the time.

Them above screenshot is my main message requesting that action be taken on his behalf, requesting either a full refund or assistance in recovering the account.

Here's the rest of the conversation up until the time of official posting:

And that' it for my evidence. I apologise if it is inadequate or poorly pieced together. I will keep this thread updated if Aden aka Squidworth sends me another reply that is relevant to the case.

I look forward to a moderator attending to this issue ASAP.

    Thank you.

    Thanks for your comment.

The account being sold in that thread is definitely not the one that belongs to me, but ofcourse that's Squidworth there still buying and selling on the forums.

@Forum Mods, I need someone to look at this ASAP please.

That's good to hear, at the time I posted this another mod had been looking at the thread for a while and figured he was going to take care of it.
Obviously he didn't so I will do it.

Edit: After reading the entire thread and every piece of evidence, twice, I am afraid I must conclude there is no real evidence of anything happening whatsoever. Let alone enough to link Squidworth to a supposed recovery.
I'm sorry, but there is nothing I can do, The very least I would need is a successful recovery showing a last log-in IP address.

Please contact me or make a new thread when you have proper proof, closed.
