Evolution of Combat Market Changes

I've heard that Evolution of Combat is going live on November 20.

Could anybody tell me what it is and whether it could affect gold prices?

 

I would recommend visiting Rune Wiki as it will give you the most accurate lowdown aside from the RSOF. Basically, Jagex felt as though it was time to revamp the combat triangle, along with the combat system. Several players anticipate armor potion, and food increases do to this spontaneous change. As of right now, people were complaining that it was causing gold prices to fluctuate, causing them to drop.

 

Interesting. I am not focusing on the huge changes of how we play the game. I really want to know which updates will effect gold prices. I also am interested in when gold prices will fall or rise.

 

I am sure like any major update there will be panic. So it'll be volatile for what I am guessing is going to be at least a month possibly 2 after it. I would expect things to normalize after the first of the year. I see prices rising possibly a small bit, but I think around .50c is the price gold is going to stay at.

 

I like your thinking first of all, and second as far as the moment goes. The only update that will affect GP is EoC, Dungeoneering/TOG don't require any tradeable items necessarily to cause a GP fluctuation. For future reference, keep your eyes peeled and money (and/or GP) on hand.
