Jacob, no middleman can't allow you to get the half first and there is no Admin which will steal ur 1400$ and leave sythe for ur low amount
Better just request pm every time when u are dealing with someone trusted and everything will be fine.

The way an OMM works is both parties give what they're buying/selling and the OMM distributes it back..

From the reports and what people said, Pen was just one person.. don't let one person scare you from trading on sythe.. You will NEVER find an omm who will give you the other half first before you give half... that's not how it works
