The music you don't like, and why

Jack White is one of the few actual musicians left that they play on the radio. Albeit he has changed quite a bit from his early TWS days. He is still a great musician who has brought back so many great things that music has been missing, like the blues. All you have to do is simply listen to any TWS record to hear one of his great blues covers. Go watch It Might Get Loud. I love the Bright Eyes not a huge fan of the Strokes though.

I don't dislike any music. I'll honestly listening to anything that is considered music.

EDIT: Nevermind, I don't like Lil Wayne.

EDIT2: Well, I'll still listen to his music. I just don't like his music.

 

While there are bits and pieces of redeeming music within the genre, I really can't stand country.

i dont like punk music. yet my brother loves it. maybe him playing it all the fucking time has influenced that

 

I don't dislike any particular genre. I dislike music that has little to no effort in it, follows a formula, or worse follows a trend of the first two put together.

 

Hip-hop, because I dislike the type of voice, and 9/10 the song is about 'bitches' or 'money'.

Country, typically sounds all the same and it's 'slow' (I think that's what I mean) it just makes me angry listening to it.

 

I really don't like Asian hip-hop, where the people are rapping in their own languages...

They accent their pronunciations on purpose, change their intonations and "rap" in different tones. In other words, they try too hard to sound "black."

The first "black" rappers didn't need to do all that. It was the way they spoke, and the main thing they had to work on was getting the message through correctly.

All this asian hip-hop sounds so fake :/
(at least, Korean hip-hop does)

 

I don't really like modern Pop and hip hop, or chart music in general. I find the sound to be quite generic, and the lyrics don't really have much meaning in them. A lot of modern artists are only making their living because of autotune.

 

Anything that comes out of X factor etc, not REAL music.

 

I do not like heavy metal/screamo. The reason being, I never understand what they are saying. Of course I listen to Opera/Classical music, and there are tons of people out there that don't like those genres.

 

I've had a strong dislike for most dubstep music. I hate the sound, it's like it has no rhythm.

 

I really don't like screamo and death metal. They just seem like they aren't real music to me. I'm not saying they are bad, they just don't appeal to me. I'm sure other people like them. I like modern country music like Eric Church, Jason Aldean, and Tim McGraw.

even if you dislike dubstep, the rhythm is the main appeal of it to most people and thats obvious.

 

country cuz i just can't stand hearing it idk why just hate it sorry.

 

I'm not a fan of most rap, as most of it is about money and getting laid. Some country is okay, but a lot of it is just a repeat with a different singer and different lyrics.
