this sounds like something I would have been told in the second grade. also, why such an arbitrary number of ppl?

Instead invest your energy in the positive present moment.

oh god, I hate this one. it is good to concern yourself with matters of hte past and such. it allows you to be more aware of your present. what is that saying again? learn from the past or you are doomed to repeat it.

also, why would you concentrate on a positive present moment at the cost of negative future moments? this is called hedonism and almost always leads to negative consequences in the long run.

8. Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dinner like a college kid with a maxed out charge card.

again, have you ever been on a budget? another question. do you realize it is very easy for some ppl you are giving this advice to to gain weight. im sure you dont want to add to the worsening obesity problem.

9. Life isn't fair, but it's still good.

this is a completely subjective statement and is therefore irrelevant to me. i dont care what you think is good.

10. Life is too short to waste time hating anyone. Forgive them for everything!

also, it is not good to forgive ppl for everything at all. seriously, some ppl you dont forgive for a reason. also, "too short" is subjective as well. I may think life is too long due to intense hardship.

now, im sure you got this off of some quack self help site. next time, leave it there. this shit should be insulting to our collective intelligence.
