I think that would look awesome with that picture, and yes 'maybe' a bit smaller.

 

Pretty basic, odd choice in colors try following a scheme instead of random coloring. Also tone down the amount of flares, trying capturing key parts with flares (i.e First letter of the word, Middle, or Last letter).

The size is fine, it's within 650x350px.

 

without the black it looks horrid in ps, will see how it looks on forum tomorrow.

Some critique: lots of flares, so it's a little all over the place. In my opinion it'd look better without flares on the ends of the piece (H, o), so maybe cut those out and play around with the ones on the middle. The black background is def a turnoff (transparent backgrounds are the fad atm anyway). I really like that you played around with colors for the text, but they just don't seem to blend well, and I'm not sure that they'd look good on sythe's background either. Also about the "click for vouches" - it seems a bit out of place, maybe make the text Humpo on the top in a larger font, then "vouches" underneath, in a smaller font with a complementing text scheme. I hope to see more of your work soon
