BlueCheese scammed UK BT transfer

Briefly explain the trade:he wanted me to buy min 150m at a time but I said no and that I won't do more than 50m he gradually went up to 80m for £15

How they scammed: I sent money and "goes to bank" as in logs offs to check if payment went through to the nearest ATM even after providing proof that I sent payment

I'm led to believe that all of his vouches were either faked or made with a very small loss/no loss since he was ready to part away with the account for £15, he probably has more of these accounts ready for scamming and it would be best if he was IP banned.
