I've been looking around at the forums a bit, might register in the future even though I'm currently more interested in injection/reflection/opengl bots. Thinking about scripting for an injection bot before it dies. Anyways:

I'm wondering here, not all Operating Systems support DirectX right? I believe OpenGL is supported by all OS's though? The main question is about OpenGL obviously but I'm just wondering about DirectX in general. I've recently looked into hooking DirectX but it looks rather impossible for me with no C/C++ experience. Or better said, not enough general scripting knowledge as I started less than a year ago

Yeah we will most likely do openGL so we can stay all OS supported. As for hooking DirectX, I beleive you are right.

Color bots are bad.

I have been around RS since 2002 ish playing off and on.

Beware, runescape has had an anti-color-bot system for a long long time now.

I believe it was even in rs classic, catching the old SCAR scripters.

 

Then it obviously doesn't work. They have done slight changes such as screen moving a little all the time and colors changing but that isn't hard to combat.

 

Thats a laugh and a half, color scripts are as detectible as the developer, for example, I identify a shape based on some of its colours then click a random centeredish point in that shape, how can jagex detect I identified the colors to get the point?

 

The bot itself has nothing to do with the ban rate.

I've always said it, the ban rate depends on the script. The chances of a person using a script he created himself using it only in one account are near to 0 if we are certain Jagex can't track the bot.

 

I'm currently using EpicBot but this looks very decent and undetectable. May give it a try in the future.
