I actually got scammed here already twice and this is my last attempt, I hate the EOC But I actually wanna play runescape keep trying on it. I made this account in October due to I forgot my other accounts username. I don't see how I am trying to scam. I stated clear safe rules, tell me where it seems as a scam. Just cause I don't pay in gift means I scam? Really?

 

And to be honest my old account I only used it to buy my old main witch got SCAMMED cause I was gonna make a level 3 skiller.
