This is almost as stupid as the apple vs samsung court case.

 

Lmfao, oh dear, what is this world coming to, seriously!

 

Ouch, that will be a dent in the self confidence!

 

Some trials are just udder madness. O.J. is the one that continues to come into my mind, which was in the mid 90's. No one talks about his acting, or football anymore, just the murder. Goes to show that money can buy you just about anything.

To be fair, drastically altering your real appearance ($100,000, come on now) and marrying someone under an unfair and fake pretense would give any one a reason to be pissed.

But, we all know this is just another case of money hungry, sue happy, liar/lawyer - it's all the same thing!

 

To be honest, the wife does look like she got in the face with a shovel.

I'd be pissed if my kid end up looking like that.

Surprised about sueing her though. I would of just divorced her and left it at that.

She had plastic surgery, married a man without him knowing it until they had a baby that resembled the mother before she had surgery.

I feel sorry for junior, but I understand that the man was pissed off.

 

Totally agreed, I'd be hella pissed off to turn out having an ugly baby if my wife didn't tell me about her plastic surgery, but ofcourse $120k would make up for it, ofcourse...

 

That's saying that two attractive people will ultimately have only attractive children, which isn't true..

Why? It's his kid, it's not like she cheated on him. How does a parent even call their own child ugly?

It's not true, but it's very possible. We asian people like to call a person who has only the handsome traits of his father or beautiful traits of her mother a "gene killer," and there are many gene killers around here.

The man obviously married the woman because he believedthat marrying a beautiful woman will result in beautiful children, which wasn't the case here, since he was ultimated deceived.

Deception is the key word here.
