PayPal Problem/PLEASE HELP ME

So yeah what happened was that my paypal account suddenly has a " account access limitation " which means I can't
send money
withdraw money from your account
receive or request money
close your account
add money to your account
remove a card
remove a bank account
send refunds ,
basically I can't do anything
Can someone please tell me how to lift the limitation?

This type of stuff generally happens when you trade often without being verified.

If the details of your account such as name, address and age are all REAL and the same as yours then there should be no problem lifting the limitation. If you used fake data for any of what I said, the chances of lifting the limitation is veeery low.

 

Agreeable, first contact PayPal and here what they have to say verbatim. They'll probably ask you to verify your account by adding a bank account. This also happens with adding a new creditcard to your account; they require you to provide a 4-digit unique code that appears on your billing statement to ensure that it's your credit card and not a fraud attempt.

 

What if I don't have a credit card nor a bank account? :/

 

Like I said before, do exactly what Siri suggested and call Paypal to speak with them over the phone. A representative will tell you what he/she needs to remove any limitations, and you'll also be able to explain your situation to him/her down to a tee.

 

Well, if you don't have a bank account or credit card I am assuming you did not use your real credentials on Paypal. As others have suggested, the best option would be to call in and see if there is anything you can do or send them an email.

First of all, how old are you? If you're under 18, there's no way you can get the limitation removed.

What country do you live in?

 

16 and in US

 

As soon as you start the verification process, PayPal will see that you're under 18 and the account won't be unlimited. Sorry, it's just how PayPal works

Like other's have said the only chance's to verify you're account is add a bank account or call them.

I wish you the best of luck I have had trouble with this problem in the past.

I have a few solutions:
#1 Paypal once limited my account because I was doing alot of trading (I use to own a RotMG forum shop before they were banned) and they were afraid that I was a possible scammer because my paypal was unverified.
They limited my account and I thought that I was ****ed like you are but they unlimited it after 3-4 days so you could try waiting a few days before trying method 2 and 3. -tested by me, not sure if it will work with
#2 Paypal almost never verifies the documents you send them through a scan as they don't have the time, so you can upload them your Parent's ID/bills/Whatever and your account should get unlimited as soon as they see that you uploaded documents since they have 1000's of other accounts to review.
as soon as paypal sees that you added documents they will unlock your account without even looking at the scans you sent them. -untested by me, just a rumor I heard
**IF all else fails** #4 Have your dad call Paypal and beg them to change your account to a student account, I heard of someone who did this and it worked out for him but there's a risk that your account will get perma-limited because you provided them false information.
**Bonus** you can wait 180 days and then you will receive an e-mail from Paypal that you can withdraw your money and you can add your Parent's bank account or have them mail you a check in your name as long as you didn't use a false name/fake address on your Paypal.

The first sentence states that.. they believed you provided the wrong information..

guess what, you're 16. You can't make a paypal unless your 18.

Your account will be limited until your 18. Call and let them know.

 

I got limited at 16 and by the time I was 17 they let me withdraw my funds to my bank account. I suggest getting a bank account made regardless and wait the period until they let you withdraw.
