Livehelp gone?

Livehelp seems to have disappeared off the front page, guessing it's been removed due to lack of use? It was quite useful when staff were actually using it.

Well that's unfortunate to hear.

 

I'm not surprised by its removal, mods barely tended to it really.

 

It was really only active for a few weeks, and while I was on it honestly everyone just asked questions that were either in the FaQ, or complained that they got scammed.

 

Not worth it, I agree with FlyingToast. I always hate when people would come on and be like "I got scammed" or to troll.

 

Yeah, we had that pre-set response that directed users to the RaSC section and that ended up being the only thing I would say. It was a good idea, but honestly there isn't really much help that people need here on the site that isn't covered in the Sythe.org help section. It's not like we're selling and delivering gold or anything.

 

Good riddance I guess. The only time I ever saw anything about Livehelp was people complaining about the lack of moderators that use it. PM's or adding a moderator on Skype/MSN always seemed much more sensible.
