Yea, they aren't as popular as RS bots, but there are a few out there.

I know BS had a nice thieving bot, could easily make 500m-1b a night with 5-10 accs with 99 thieving @ stalls.

There are a few cheat engines that have been used in the past, I know people still use them but they haven't been made public.

Basically, but the marketplace is pretty small. If you don't know how to code, you'll have to find someone. Plus, the project can be a big one and will cost a lot of $$.
