Runescape classic - how was it?

Runescape Classic was undoubtly the most gloriest period of Runescape, if you want to try it out, look at my signature

 

it was so simple and fun, no messing around everything was easy

 

The graphics were really basical.. I remember that.
If you see a screenshot of the RS Classic you won't recognize that it's Runescape!

 

This may be one of the dumbest posts this forum will ever see. That's basical.


OT: I remember the worst part of classic was the amount of clicks everything required. When I got a second chance to try RSC when they released it to members, I realized how efficent RS2 is.

 

I love playing classic 24/7.

 

it was awesome back in the day, but times have changed and so has runescape

 

Classic pking > rs2 pking

 

In it's prime, it was highly addictive as others have said. Now, it's completely nostalgic and relaxing.

 

I'm currently playing PRoject RSc and I love it. Its nearly as same as jagex's classic, with a few tweaks. I'd highly suggest trying it out.

 

Don't miss it TBH. 'RS2' is much funner IMO.

 

Runescape Classic was spectacular to say the least. The saddest thing in my opinion is the fact that the real Runescape classic that is available to play, is completely dead.

 

It was fun as it began in the early stages of MMO gaming, and the graphics were simplistic yet gave you a 3D feel, sort of like claydough. It was every bit as fun as the feature packed RS2 we have now (to most old players) except that it no longer has the user base that makes an MMO an MMO. (It's more of a 1 player game now, taking a lot away from the experience).

 

No shit, it took me like 2 hours to see someone helplessly wondering through old lumby.... TRust me we're out there you just gotta watch.

No, In my opinion I work hard for all these stats to say I earned it on an emulation of the real thing. KInda like saying, Im doing synthetic pot and this is awesome but id rather have pot.

 

I enjoyed it, i don't think i ever got a stat over 70 though aha, I had a staker which owned... the stats where a simple 61 61 61 with 34 pray and 1 mage, i can remember plating it too just as "RS2" came out there was a little glitch where you could transfer the map piece back over from RS2 if you wanted your items on RSC, Sometimes i wish i did switch as i had a few Phats which could of been quite profitable nowadays but i sold them back to friends at school for near enough nothing lol.

 

I joined just like you But in 09 I got a chance to play real RSC! See I was a fan from the start cuz i did some research and found RSCAngel which at the time had 500 players online at anytime! But when real RSC opened for the last couple times I was sooo happy I quickly got to where I am now

I love RuneScape.... Even though I just bot these days... I once was a legit pro!

 

It was amazing back when i played it in 2003. I did miss it for years but now days i don't care for either one.
