In my experience, staking with anything less than max melee stats is just a waste...

No problem! I mean, you can duel with any account obviously...but like i said...maxed melee is best.

 

I found that unless your are some form of pure or a maxed account you will not be able to compete.

I would strongly advise you from staking as your stats are just all over teh place

 

Honestly, I would rent a maxed account if I were in your shoes. The going rate is 2-4M/hr so it shouldn't be difficult to sustain the cover charge so long as you understand what it is that you're doing (I'm assuming you obviously do).

 

That's a terrible account to stake on. Gone are the days when you had people like you try and stake. Now, you'll only find maxed out accounts for certain combat levels, be it mains or range pures or dds pures.

Better off pking, kind of a failed pure, but that's what you're working with.

You can rent a maxed account for free-1m an hour. Anything about 1m an hour you're overpaying.

 

Disagree, if you look here the supply to demand ratio is completely flip flopped. Nobody is offering free staking (unless you're trusted and that's for a limited amount of time e.g. 1-3 hours). In fact, many people are requesting maxed melee accounts to rent, therefore this statement is inaccurate.

 

I wouldn't suggest it because there are a lot of staking pures with trick names. Most of them would be your combat but 10 + more atk and str levels, and 99 dung.

 

That account won’t make it very far staking. If you melee stake you’re going to get wrecked by high hp accounts with rapier/cls. If you range stake you’re going to lose to accounts with 78 range 95+ hp. If you polypore stake you will certainly lose your cash to accounts with vengeance/disruption shield. The only way I could see that account winning a stake is if you get someone into an armor on stake and use corrupt vesta but a lot of people won’t do that. That account is just too impure for staking at a low level.

 

get 94 mage and try mage staking

 

staking would be a joke on this account, not to be rude but anything other than maxed staking is a waste of time. people will usually be well built pures made specifically for staking if they arent maxed and will for lack of a better word rape you.

 

As previously said, there is literally no point in staking unless you're maxed.

Thanks I knew i couldn't stake right away. I was looking for more constructive ways to push me in the right direction so I could. Everyone just copying the last person didn't really help, but i get it. I need maxed combat. I haven't really played in over a year. Thanks for the responses though.

 

With 94 magic you could possibly mage box obs or movement on. Your stats aren't that great so people will stake you - but if you know what you are doing then you can still win.
