    Is it against the rules to give an acc away?
    I have this 115/120 account, i quit runescape for wow like 2 years ago and literally never use it but it collecting dust is a real shame

    i believe giving away accounts is against the rules, seen mods say it to others, this is a black market, not for giving away stuff.

    no its not against the rules, but you must give recovery/email info, or else it would be considered a scam due to the fact that you could recover the account later on once the winner puts wealth on it.

    You are not allowed to give away an account, you can of course sell them.
