Whats the game like now?

Been on sythe for years and played RS for years, back in the day when Kid Ranqe and d3filed were around, but now im clueless..

Whats the game like now? i havnt played in a very long time but i keep getting the urge to get back into it!

Is the game still fun? is PKing still fun?

for better or for worse would you say? i dont want to start playing if they ruin combat again!

 

I would say for worse I don't like Eoc at all, but I guess rs is alright now.

 

Just not sure if i would enjoy playing that Eoc , i used to love the first wildy before all these bull weapons came in

 

The majority of players now are over-powered, 12 year old pricks. If you enjoy PK'ing etc etc, then I wouldn't suggest playing again, it's horrible.

Have you tried the beta yet? You might like it, but personally I don't.

 

have seen the odd youtube video mate, but tbh with you, i know it isnt my cup of tea

 

You should give it a go, don't give up until you know for sure you don't like it, they're still making the odd change here and there when enough people request it.

 

tbh the game has beeb getting worse steadily, when runescape goes through combat evolution the whole game IN MY OPINION is going to be completely ruined/ a waste of tme. We can see that the games gone bad as loads of well known players have decided to quit.

 

Well if you are relating it to RSClassic, I would say it's nowhere near as fun.

 

Come back and see if you enjoy it. Im enjoying pking right now even though its not as good as it was.

 

I think that the game is getting worse, it's slowly getting easier and easier to train skills. The community is also very weak, people don't play with honour like in the good days.

 

2 years ago i enjoyed playing the game, now its just changed to much, its just not as enjoyable playing

 

Don't pk, you will regret it. EoC will probably make a lot of players quit and some join. You actually get rewarded more now paying for membership, but in a way where you know they're just trying to make money off you. You can't rely on JageX to do anything anymore, and a lot of people are losing trust in the company altogether. d

 

That squeal on fortune just proves how much they wana make money without letting the players enjoy the game :/

If you are the quest type, they are worth doing for the fun. I would recommend branches of Darkmeryer.

 

Skills are easier to train, you're often given huge amounts in xp lamps for being a member for so long... More armors introduced, more weapons, no randoms, etc. Basically updates implemented to rid botters and make the company more money.
