Sythe Leauge of legends ranked group?

So season 3 is rolling around and there is quite a few lol players in the community. Has anyone considered making a ranked clan? Thought this would be a good idea let me know if there is one or what you think of making one.

 

I've tried to do this before but it never worked out. If you put one together i'd join

I'm interested in this as I've been playing LoL for quite awhile. I'm currently lvl 29 but I think I'm pretty good at the game.
