I got banned for off-site scamming on Powerbot over 7 months ago, my ban on here was only a few months ago. Unfortunately after refunding all users my appeal on Powerbot was still denied, does this mean I will still be banned on here even though I refunded everyone?

Video said "You would have to pay back anyone you scammed before you could be considered for an unban here"
I hope my unban can be considered now since I never did anything to effect this site.

Your appeal was denied on powerbot, and you admitted yourself to being a risk to others and that you would want a market ban. Since we don't permit conditional unbans, i.e. unban with market limitations, I'm going to have to vote no support
