    1) Off topic is like 8-19 minutes apart. If you don't mean all... don't say all. Say most or some or a few or at least half or about 3/4 or something other than all.

    2) I knew what I said wouldn't be listened to and if I hound the issue then I'd be the overly controlling annoying ass so I'd rather let you work things out on your own.

    3) Feedback != concrete suggestions.

    4) If you want to be a robot and do stuff just to hit the quota sure and the staff knows the quota has flaws and acts accordingly.

    Why? This is a community, you need the backing of the majority not the staff. Your intentions are good but you need better methods.

    I obviously don't know the whole story, but maybe the ideas you have put forward are not good? You are saying someone needs to take the blame, and you are saying it is someone in the community development team, and you are blaming the staff, however how do you know its not your fault? It is easy to point fingers at other people, but hard to point them at yourself.

    I am not trying to sound like a dick by the way, and I have little to no knowledge on this, but you keep trying to blame the staff, when other people could be held responsible, if anyone.

    I listened to what you said, and did the best I could with what you provided. If you felt more could be done, then you should've said something, not just be like "I knew this would happen".

    I could make suggestions all day, but in the end it doesn't matter unless the overall attitude of things is changed. Plus, none of the upper staff actively participate in suggestions anyways, which is such an annoying hindrance for the site. For example the ROTMG section was brought up recently, and it is a section that will easily bring hundreds of new members to the site, and FireZ told us that the poll had already had been voted on, yet nothing is happening, and no one is saying anything about it. Maybe if people were actually on top of it and we got an actual yes or no, things would be running a lot smoother. You just have to look at the pages of dead suggestions in that section to see the problem. So many get support, and so many get discussed, yet nothing comes of them because no one does anything with them. The staff should be working to see how they can make these ideas work, and how they can use them to benefit the site.

    You don't sound like a dick, I understand what your saying. The thing is, in this section, all the members are supposed to be actively coming up with new ideas, and helping make current ideas work. Unfortunately, no one is trying to put out new ideas, and no one seems to care about helping the ideas that are already put up. The biggest example would be a recent plan I had to increase activity in the other games section. Everyone was like yeah lets do it, and now that I am trying to do it, no one is participating. Everyone just decided it would be good, but they don't really care about doing it, so they don't, which leads to failure.

    Well it's encouraging to see page views are up, so we at least know we have traffic. But x339 has mostly been referring to the number of posts. Do you have any statistics for the current amount of daily posts compared to a few months ago?

    Activity regarding posts does feel lower though.
