    I think you get 68,000 xp in any skill while using it. It also stacks with double xp weekend bonus xp

    xp amulet questions.
    Although it's an amulet, it doesn't hold the significance as other amulets do e.g. Thieving amulet which is quite odd as it can offer 68K bonus experience to any skill. Another interesting tid bit about the pumpkin amulet is, it has a gold colored box surrounding it so it's not even considered as a rare or semi-rare spin. To sum things up, it's not a primary rare spin, nor a secondary rare spin (unlike the gholish mask), it's almost average.
