    grew up in a familly of food food was our way of life, i was tired of it and did something about it this is how i'm at over a year

    i was very low on carbs and fats barely besides having a cheat day once a month, and cheat meals once in the 2 weeks.

    Il'l post it below my schedule first 4 months i didn't take any supplements then was taking protein shakes 2-3 times a day.

    my schedule is like this:

    Monday: chest, triceps, abs, 30 minutes cardio.
    Tuesday: shoulders, biceps, 30 minutes cardio.
    Wednesday: legs, abs, 15 minutes cardio.
    Thursday: back, biceps, 20 minutes cardio.
    Friday: chest, triceps, abs.
    Saturday: Rest
    Sunday: 45 minutes cardio, outdoor (treadmill optional)

    I took protein, didn't take creatine nope.

    What was the main purpose of your transformation - to lose the fat, or to lose weight in general? If you bulk up you're going to put back on a lot of weight real quick, hopefully it's not creatine either, because that's a ton of water weight that you really just don't need..
