Hey everyone. MY dr. dre pro beats only work in the side I put the cable into. You can either put it into the right or left side. If I plug it into left side, the left side works, and the right doesn't. If I plug it into the right side, the right side works, and the left doesn't.

    HELP PLEASE!

Email them the issue. That's not normal, as far as i'm aware.

Never really looked into them, or any earphones really, but im assuming there is a cable going from side to side? Connecting the two ear cups or whatever you call them. This wire is most likely loose. This is only from what i havw seen on the over the ear ones from kids at school, i could be wrong as fuck lol.

Email/call the company though, they should be able to help.

There's only one cable and for both cans, it doesn't split into 2 unlike other models.

I would contact their support phone line or email them. I hope you have a warranty.

Did this at all start with a static buzzing noise in your beats? I currently have that happening to my left can, beats are less than a year old and they're already falling apart on me..

That's happened to me it means there's false wiring in their if you want to listen both sides at once plug the cable in half way and it should work good luck I recommend you get it insured by your warenty

Well your best bet if nobody on here can help is just to google it really. Make your search less precise. If not much comes up then call the company, calling is usually better because it's more direct. Because of the high price you paid for these you should get good customer service, and if it's a unusual problem they will usually give you something extra
