(RSGP) cb 137 JAG not enabled for sale

CB level 137 with JAG never enabled for sale for rsgp.

Has the scythe holiday item from 2003, as well as, access to the 10 year vet cape. 2245 total level.

I'm a 23 year old who is married and just had our first child (son) arrive into the world. Because of that I am looking to sell this account (my old main) for rsgp to use on my current account. Jagex Account Guardian has never been enabled on this account so once the password is given to the buyer he has complete and total access to the account. I will accept RSGP only, autowin is 300 mil. Offers are welcome, however, will not consider anything less than 150 mil.
