S U O M I Quits?

He should of finish his goal.
What is 300M compared to that 4.7B.
Well, actually 300m is like 100 days in-game, but still.
I would be very intrested in how much the account would sell for though.

 

He only did this so far because he enjoyed playing RS no one likes to do thieving so he wouldn't find that enjoyable, and he was constantly getting crashed while hunting. He will be back because he is still doing daily farm runs to get 200m in that skill also. I still think he'll beat Jake to 5B xp.

 

Sad to see him say he's quitting, really thought he was gonna make it to 200m xp in all skills. I do think he'll come back though one day. Also very interested to see how much his account sells for if he does put it up on the market

 

I doubt his account will ever come up for sale. If he tried to sell his account here he would have to sell it as an ordinary maxed main otherwise Jagex would find out pretty quick and nobody would believe the newcomer with 1 post count is actually selling suomi. On top of that he also needs a good excuse as to why his account jumped half way across the world to the middle man’s IP and then to where ever the buyer lives.

 

He stated that he will be going on vacation a lot and could confirm to Jagex that is where he is. It won't be to hard but I doubt S U O M I would even sell it. He's already rich irl.

 

Im honestly surprised people do this. I mean it cant be fun... But why quit when you are so close.

Dayum hes qutting now? Right when hes near 5B exp, doubt hes fully quitted though, esp after all that time and effort put in, but as people say, its going to be quite a while since he gets beaten

 

Well, 10 years on runescape is more than enough. Kinda agree to saying that Jagex have gone downhill.

 

I highly doubt anyone would be stupid enough to pay an extraordinary amount for a Runescape account though......

 

Wow quitting 300m before the goal? But I understand him missing the point of the game when you have everything maxed

 

The real enigma is how long it took for him to burn out. Still, as with anything that so comprehensively has shaped your life for over ten years, I suspect he cannot end it so suddenly. Give it a few months and let Jake et al. creep closer to his XP: he'll be back with a renewed passion.

 

Back when I played, one of my friends on RS beat him to 200M fishing exp. At this point SUOMI had maybe 2 200M exp skills. Now mind you, this was 3 years ago at most. So those of you saying 10 years like he is are wrong, as he's only "no-lifed" 3 of those years. I'm sure something changed in real life for him. I remember him always bugging my friend for GP along the way to 200M fishing because he "wanted to get 200M in all skills." Me and my friend always had a running joke about that, I think I still have a screenshot of him PMing me or my UK friend begging for money.

He's never really been rich. He used to take "donations" and ask people for gold to get his skills.

He's not retired, don't really know his back story, but he's not that old. Dunno how he's managed to live while playing this much over the last 3 years. Must live with parents.

 

According to RuneShark (Youtube) and Tip.it he's going on a vacation. He is not retiring either for anyone who made that assumption. He lives on his own, and apparently his parents won the lottery or something along those lines. Also, he mentioned in one of his Youtube videos that he's financially secure.

 

Best decision he could have made after being a veteran, I don't blame him from my point of view.

 

I don't blame him for quitting its been a long long time and he has probably grown out of it.

 

Is he really quitting? Where did he say so?

He wouldn't really beat the game anyway, new 99s will keep being released, and he probably has to get a life one of these days, I'll be disappointed if he does quit/has quit - but it will give other high score toppers a chance. #1's only last so long.. Zezima, Gertjaars, etc. They'll always be remembered but they all have to have a reality check and stop at some point.

Pretty weird. He is so close, and is giving up now. :| He gave reasons in his video that he uploaded about the game changing so much and stuff, but imo, no matter how much the game has changed he should still finish his goal knowing how close he is.
