TheEximius is a scammer

I sold one 4000 points xbox live point code for TheEximius. I sent him code first. I checked the code before send him, the code still work and active, but after sent him the redeem code, he told me the code did not work, then I checked it again, and it says redeemed .

Let me explain more about this scammer: he opened topic to buy 1600 points for xbox, I contacted him, since I see he have more vouche than me, I contacted him and I told him I can go first, then he told me he want to buy 4000 points.haiz

I sent him the code first, mean that I did not get payment from him before send code, so can I send the same code to another customer? ???

as I told in the first post, I checked the code before send to him, it is active and never redeemed. but after i sent to him, the code says redeemed.

Please read the pm I sent him, he told me the code did not work, but it says redeemed after I sent him.

The important of this transaction: I went first.

The second think: I have two vouches, please look at my vouche theard, i sold total 3 codes before for two members. All transactions I went first and don't have any proplem. I also sold many many codes on ebay without any proplem.

Please look at the message I sent him and him sent me and you will understand of this transaction.

 

I have one more think about this scammer:

as you look at the message I sent him, I told him is a scammer, I told him scammed me $35 and he is reach man when scam me.....
then he answered me that if I provide him the proof of the card, he will pay me

he told me the code did not work, then I checked the code, it says redeemed

mean that the code redeemed. But he told the code did not work. He also told that he will pay if I can provide proof of the card: so I have stupid question: does he want to pay for the code did not work ? lol

 

I am afraid that unless you can prove that the code was valid before sending it. It's just his word against yours.
If you could post proof of the card that would be great.

I explained all I can, please look at the message he sent me, if you still don't understand, I don't have any more idea. if you don't ban this user, that still fine because if you ban or don't ban this user, I still cannot get the money for the code he scammed me
I warned this member in his vouche so another member will take care while deal with this suck guy
