Ok, so I was owed around 400 bucks from PlayerAuctions.com, I recently switched to MoneyBookers as my pay out method and I had 8 pending payments that were due to me but before I asked to be switched I asked "Should I wait till I get paid via PP first to avoid confusion with the 8 payments you owe me" and good ol Friendly "Rowell" insured me they could change them there and there to MoneyBookers for me! I was like great... changed it over and they sent they sent the payments out asap. Long story short I checked today to see how much they sent me... and I only have 200 bucks, I am still owed 200 bucks and when I contact them they claim its "already been sent". They have really pissed me off.

Playerauctions live chat has been horrendously unhelpful, I'd recommend you send an email to whatever their contact email is these days. They're a solid company, they'll make it right I'm sure. Just, yeah, email them. I've had much better experiences from whoever handles their email support

    This.

But if you are fixated on using livechat, enter a chat with an agent and demand to speak to the manager. I had an issue with livechat which wasn't solved in over 100 hours by their regular workers. I got in a chat with the manager and it was solved within 12 hours.

Exactly. I find the Live Support staff are tremendously inefficient (hint, hint manager) and so it is much better to either speak to the manager, or email.

I've never had an issue with their live chat staff, but yeah I agree it's better to email them.

I'm not a fan of their live chat myself, but they've figured out my problems even though it was an extensive amount of time. Never bothered emailing as my issues weren't nearly as important as yours is. So with that, I would suggest you taking everyone's advice prior and sending an email. Let us know how that goes for you, best of luck.

Good news, they finally paid me. They had all my payments on pause for some reason.
