    Basically:
    Guy offered me the cash on skype then went back on it and didn't message me, so I assumed that he was just trying to get the account for free. Took him 3+ days to respond to any attempt to contact him.

    Only reason the price was lowered is because no one wants to buy an account for that much apparently.
