The user purchased my guide.

He complained it did not yield results as I said.

I told him then let me TV you so I can see whats up and fix it.

He said he didn't trust me with his PC, then why would you buy the guide knowing I need TV and video proof for a refund?

Guarantee means if this does not earn you $70+ in 8 Hours with effort and practice, you may request a refund with video proof showing me you followed everything and I will TV you if I see you are making errors and such for several hours to avoid liars/leechers. I do not expect refunds as this method is 100% working. This is limited to the first 7 days of purchase. If I see you are not doing it at the speed that I find reasonable I will not grant you your refund, you can easily get $15+ after getting use to the process. A few variables may extend this, meaning you have to try it longer. If you deny any of my solutions, then you are illegible for any refund. Certain variables do not count for this as they are out of my control.

Do not be rude. I offer you several solutions and have the patience to deal with some things other won't. Being rude will not help you at all.

He send me a screenshot that meant nothing as I need to make sure he did it right.

He said he wouldnt trust me on TV, then why did he buy it knowing that I dont provide refunds without letting me help and see the problems and video proof?

I don't need to show him I need to see how he is doing the process.

I need to see if he is doing it right and show him through there. I mentioned that from the very start. He let me once why cant he let me again.

He lied telling me he had my free additions which make this 100% working better than i claim, but the PC alone would be decent earnings.

He is doing something wrong to not earn a lot. He had a small balance but it didnt prove nothing.

I told him Ill TV him and if I see he is doing it right and with the addons doesn't make what I say Ill refund him.

I contacted paypal about this as well.
They closed the dispute. I won.

I am still willing to help the buyer but he has to allow me to.

He is stuck on saying the he won't let me TV him when thats the only way to make sure he is telling the truth.

You never offered any solutions, lol you told me give you a refund or you dispute/charge back. Simple as that you sent a useless screen shot that proved nothing.

I offered you help not the other way around.

He admitted to filing the charge back. He is in the wrong.

I will be handling this charge back seriously through PayPal.

Dont try dirtying my name when you wouldnt accept my help.

TV is the only way I mentioned ever in my terms, if you didnt agree with that you should have not bought it.

As I said I am still giving you a chance to receive help and stop this. Otherwise this is a serious scam/fraud on your part.

 

Forcing someone to TV is suspicious on it's own. There's absolutely no reason at all to not accept screenshots and only TV him. Your terms don't really matter when a scam report comes up.

Either help him get it to work, or refund him.

 

How is it suspicious?

I outlined that to receive a refund I have to make sure he isn't lying.

A screenshot doesn't show me him doing the process. Its just a glimpse of his balance. Anyone can take a screenshot and get a refund otherwise.

I told him to let me help him, the only way I can is through TV otherwise I have no idea what he is doing wrong or not.

Please use your reasoning. Screenshots mean jack for this.

Why would a scam report null my terms? My terms were posted in order to avoid getting scammed.

I will happily refund him once I verify the method isn't working as I mentioned in the terms.

But as it is he lied so much on skype saying he was using 5 addons I gave him and only earned pennies.

Its hard to believe when I have people earnings over $20 an hour

Then after he disputed I checked and I never had the chance to give him the addons. I told him let me help him and all he kept saying was no give me my money.


You are being highly unreasonable telling me to accept a screenshot as proof. That's completely ridiculous.

If it was like that everyone in this forum would take a screenshot of a low balance and get refunds left and right.

I have been using TV to help everyone, in what way is that suspicious?

 

He decided to CC chargeback, I will obviously not help until he remvoes and fixes this.

I have been waiting for a respond but if no one helps close/fix this Im just going to handle this myself and assume you are siding with me.

 

I'll have time to read all of this in a moment but I want to mention that I trust Gtdarkpunisher indefinitely regarding this case. He is selling a quality guide and has sold quality guides in the past. I am certain that if the user is willing to accept help Gt will deliver it.

The only way to help and guide him is through TV. Same thing with verifying that he is not earning anything.

A screenshot means absolutely nothing, it would be stupid of anyone to accept that as proof.

My terms were outlined to make sure nobody gets scammed. It makes sure that a person is eligible for a refund.

You're telling me just because he reported a scam report, that my terms are nulled?

Why so? If they were there from the very start to avoid problems.

I TVed him once, and he said he got it. How can he have earned so little if he followed what I said he would have been making a s*** load more.

I have people making plentiful of money and this guy comes with his screenshot and accusations from the start along with several lies.

I am not responsible for anything when he lied and wasn't cooperating.

His posts and proof scream scammer.

You guys need to really check what you're allowing to happen if you say otherwise. The ebook section is f*** as it is, there rarely any people that are honest on there and get away scott free with REAL scams.

Terms made by ebook salers should be taken seriously. Its there for a reason. Buyers buy the guide accepting such terms. Just because some a** wants a refund and provides a small screenshot that proves nothing, you're telling me I have to refund him because he didn't allow me to help?

He threatened me and I remained polite until he pushed me to respond accordingly. Even then I offered him a chance.

This has to be the biggest BS Ive seen on Sythe in a long while.

 

I was going to recommend the user make a video of what he's doing, and let gtdarkpunisher see what he was doing wrong. But, seeing as he went and filed a chargeback, I say gtdarkpunisher doesn't need to do anything for him. So, who won the PayPal dispute?

 

I won the dispute but like he said, he went ahead and did a CC charge back currently being review.

He never wanted to try he just wanted it for free.

 

This has been sitting here for a week so I'm just going to close this, as I believe it resolved itself.
