new laptop someone help me!

What up guys my old laptop just took a shit on me and i need to get a new one asap i have about 500 for a new one at the moment i want to be able to bot on it efficiently does anyone know of a decent laptop at best buy or somewhere like that i could go pick up that would do the job

If you are wanting to pick one up at a store then go there and look around. Your store is going to hold different ones from other peoples stores. Also just mainly look for one with atleast a i3 preferably i5, dedicated graphics, and 4gb ram. That will be good for that price. If you are looking online just go to newegg and browse for something within same specs.

I dont know a whole lot about laptops, but that pc you posted should run okay. A 1.7ghz clock speed is slow however.

 

clock speed schmock speed. that i5 is fine. If you paired that i5 with a GTX680m and compared it to a high-end i7 with the same videocard, you won't notice the difference during gaming. It's the videocard that counts during gaming, first and foremost. and fwiw, that i5 will boost up to 2.6 ghz on a single core if needed...so it's plenty fast.

that laptop will play runescape just fine. The HD4000 will not play any modern games with any performance worth mentioning though.
