Account recovry

Recovering my old main, i have email set to it i just dont remember it. I get 6 attempts and at the end it just says try again in an hour? No appeal form? the website is garbage and leads to nowhere so any help?

 

If you e-mail [email protected] with all the information you can to prove you're the account's owner, and put your new e-mail address at the end, they should change it for you. But you will need sufficient information.

Yeah, try this. I did this with my first account from 2004 after 8 years without activity and still got the account back. I only provided the original IP and two passwords and I ended up recovering it on my first try. Good luck.

 

Parentjagex email is not for accoutn recoverys, send an email to [email protected]

 

[email protected] offers a much quicker and more efficient reply. [email protected] can see a wait of up to 4 weeks which I've experienced first hand.

 

I can back this up, I never even got a reply from accounthelp, but parents gave me one within a week.

 

Okay so I have a question then...

I have two accounts with EMAIL logins... I own the login email addresses but I registered a different account on each. I don't have access to the registered one anymore (ex gf's shared email somehow I'm locked out now ). But you can't recover with the login email's anymore.....

How do I go about this?
