Think this looks alright?

Its been awhile since Ive done anything rs or forum related, and Im gonna be opening up this little shop so I thought why not advertise it, whatta you guys think?

I don't really like it. Drop the cinematic borders, and try to make it look more cohesive. Right now it looks like a mix between minecraft, runescape, and space.

 

I just hate not having borders, personal pet pieve haha. I feel you on the cohesiveness though, But I like the minecraft font, I just dont know what to use as a BG

What if i centered the text and put the rock and pick seperated on each side? Along with dropping the borders and changing the BG. I originally just wanted to the do pick/rock combination with some nice blue 3d text but im horrible with text effects

With the rs background though the text looks off, even with the gmap over the BG. Dropped the borders

 

Size down the font and change it to something more gothic/romanesque looking and add a little vignette to the piece.

 

Im just gonna go with some double type text, Ill come back to this after though just to learn, thanks for the tips
