How to go about selling a RSN?

So I have a letter only 2 character RSN I may be willing to sell, but I have a few questions that I wanted to ask beforehand such as how much it would go for, how the transactions for names take place, if I should put the name on a level 3 before selling it, and how not to get scammed. If anyone could take the time out of their day to answer some of these I would highly appreciate it. ^^

 

Generally you'll need to make the name ready for transfer, and most of the time, it is the seller who accepts responsibility to move the name onto an account that is owned by the buyer. This may vary depending on the terms you come to agreement with with your buyer.

The name is probably worth around 100-150m but I'm not 100% sure on that

 

Price would depend on the name.

 

You need to make the account ready to transfer, and I'd guess it's worth around 80m-200m depending on if it's something like zx or on the other hand, something like hi.
