Briefly explain the trade: I gave him 5M RSGP for a guide on how to get 50 Auth codes a day on a RSPS Site
How they scammed: Guide did not work, wouldn't refund

I'm uploading a video showing the hide ip program not working. If this is not enough to get my refund I can post it

 

Please post the entire chatlog, uploading the video would surely help your case.
I have PMed 9th RS for his input on this case.

 

Alright, in the middle of a questing order that Is required to be finished tonight so this is second priority

 

I have soft-removed the entire chat for mods only to see as this included the method.

As for the final ruling, I have requested a TwC for the user "9th rs" and he will have to refund you.
