Useless Spam

I'm getting tired of seeing countless posts that are nothing more than spam. There are many instances where Sythe members are posting on threads stating the most obvious things possible. It's getting annoying and they should receive infractions accordingly. This should be put in the market (or Sythe) rules. Thoughts?

A few examples:

 

What's useless about those posts? They simply help people sell stuff safely. Sure, there's stickies to help them and it could be considered spam, but its not useless.


If anything, posts like these are the least of spamming issues on the forums. I.E. people who post on anything and everything, usually repeating previous made points or posting on threads with banned OP's and shit, not people just trying to look good, because they at least contribute something positive.

 

He's helping people out and giving them advice to try and prevent them from being scammed. If anything this thread is useless spam.
