What would a level 3 account with no skills besides 99 Runecrafting be worth??

Looking for multiple opinions and dumb answers like "not a lot" will be reported for spam, I'm looking for replies in numbers thanks

Im going to call bullshit on this. Ive seen them sell on here and powerbot for around 15-30m on the higher end, its a pretty common goal for people to suicide accounts getting 99 rc on the trials so they are by no means rare, botting up some other skills to 99 would double or even easily quadruple the accounts value. Lvl 3 skillers are desirable accounts but the typical 1 99 lvl 3 skiller is all to common nowadays because of the trial period. Runespan kinda nerfed the desirability of 99 rc accounts
