Briefly explain the trade:
I bought the user's alleged money making guide off uploadnsell.com. Paid $50 for it. I read it and followed it to the letter; after that I talked to the user to get some support. After the first session the earnings I still stuck to it for 2 days, after which no money has been made. I contacted the user today in order to get a refund for the faulty guide, yet he calls me a scammer and does not give me my money back. I tried to offer other solutions other than giving him direct control of my computer via Teamviewer, like screenshots and a live stream of what I'm doing, yet he refuses and cowers calling me a scammer. At this point I've opened a dispute with paypal since all he does is call me a scammer.

How they scammed: Sold a faulty product with an overadvertised "guarantee", and then refuse to issue a refund. I've taken the issue with paypal already.

Proof that you were not talking to an impostor: He's posted in his thread explicitly targetting me, so I'm sure it's the guy.

That's the screenshot of my "earnings" as of 3 days of following the guide, with the scammer's name on the background Skype window.

 

I removed your evidence and hid it in a hidden post so that only moderators can see it while we sort this out. I don't want his method to be publicly viewable.

 

He won the dispute not because he was right, but because paypal does not cover virtual items. I've contacted the credit line provider and filed a chargeback.

I want to make a point and say that I offered different solutions for this person to "check" my process, but he kept insisting on gaining control of my computer.
