TheWeirdoOne - Hacked Account

Dear admins,

I'm the owner of the account TheWeirdoOne which was banned for scamming.

Situation is I've been inactive from Sythe for a year now or more. And I believe I was hacked during the time I was inactive, I'm not sure how.

I believe an IP trace will show that the account was hacked as I do not access my account from anywhere else other than my home PC. Will be willing to provide additional information if requested to prove I am the original owner.

I realize that the penalty for being reckless in handling my account will be to reimburse those that have been scammed by my hacked account. And I totally agree to that, may I know how much I have to reimburse? And if out of goodwill of the victim that I can negotiate a lower rate?

I've always been legit and honest during my years here and hope to continue my dealings here further.

In the reports, there's no in-game proof that he stole 1.2b. However I have no doubt that he did, and some of the conversation goes like:

"Pay for the 1.2b first"
"No"

And in previous disputes like this one we've ruled that this is sufficient proof of a scam occurring.

BartM is an active user, I've sent him a pm and told him to add you on an msn/skype of your choosing so you can pay him back

 

Bart hasn't replied in a week, but his msn is listed as: [email protected]. You can try contacting him on that. Make a new thread when he has been repaid, or if you can't reach him you can have a staff member hold onto the gp
