    Weight gainer isn't really needed..
    Body builders use it sometimes, but all it is is a load of calories in a tub. You're best off getting the calories from your food rather than a gainer. But if you are dead set on getting some, you should mix it with high calorie foods such as nuts or something. But really... It isn't necessary when you can just eat the correct foods and still gain weight.

    Start lifting a little bit and drink a bunch of protein shakes, and keep eating how u are lol. That way ull bulk up but u wont turn into a walking blob... ull get muscle out of it too which will naturally make u look 'bigger' too.

    dude, its not amount that matters. its calories. look up "russian bear" supplements. shitloads of calories and you can drink a ton of it.

    Muscle is more heavy than fat, and it will help you more. You can try going to the gym more, or eating cashews. They're packed with calories, taste fine, and are healthy vitamin wise.

    What's the motive behind all this?
    Generally there's no issue with being skinny nowadays, I wouldn't worry about it at all to be honest. I'm 5'8 and 106lbs and I never have any issues with being a bit underweight.
    If it's really important for you try going for weight gainers if nothing else works. Some people go through a stage where they just can't get fat no matter how hard they try. Even eating solid lumps of saturated fat might work if you think you can stomach the taste of it.

    It sounds like you've been eating a lot but not able to gain any weight.

    You might want to talk to your doctor about it, your metabolism might be faster than you think it is. The doctor will probably end up giving you meds to take in order to help with your metabolism.

    I have a friend that is 6'3" 150ish, straight up pencil. Couldn't gain weight at all, he probably ate about 5000+ calories a day, 2x a large flurry, 2x double cheeseburger, large fry. That was just after school, he would have a shit ton of breakfast and lunch too, same goes for dinner. He religously recorded what he ate and exercises etc, so he knew the correct amount of calories that weren't being burned.

    Eventually went to his doctor, talked to him about it, they did some tests and gave him some meds that helped him gain weight. Might have been his metabolism or something else. All I know is, his body didn't let him gain any weigh.

    Muscle weighs 3x that of fat. FYI.

    Hit the gym. Get on a high protein diet, include SERIOUS MASS protein shakes. Cut out the sugars, but keep the fats. Fats are needed to convert proteins into muscle. Don't try to get huge mass quick, its unhealthy. Rather, set 3 month goals of gaining 5 lbs every 3 months. Chances are you'll end up gaining 10 or 15 every 3 months in a healthy and attractive way.

    Workouts are the easiest way to gain healthy weight. Cookies and cupcakes are the easiest way to put yourself at risk for diabetes and cholesterol problems.

    Source: Starting college I was 6'2, 140 lbs. Junior year of college I was 6'2, 190 lbs, 16 inch biceps. I am currently 6'2, 215 lbs, 18 inch biceps and 40 chest. And when I don't workout for a few weeks in the off season, I don't turn into a fat pile of crap. The muscle retains with light workouts.

    You should probably see a dietitian, they'll know how to assess your food intake properly and suggest how it can be improved.

    I was a skinny when I was younger, too. When I was 16 I weighed 104lbs and my height was 5'11, so I was underweight, I'd even go as far as to say anorexic.

    I just turned 20 and weigh 154 lbs since being 16, I consider it a huge achievement gaining 50lbs (naturally I should add). In the last 3 months I've gained around 15 lbs naturally, without the assistance of protein shakes and other supplements, by visiting the gym.

    I think you shouldn't consider just eating a lot to gain weight, and if you do, take into consideration your body proportions. I started gaining weight in my ass and stomach, so arms, neck and legs were quite skinny while my torso and ass was getting fatter, so I started working out to even my proportions out, concentrating on different body parts.

    Hope this has helped even slightly.

    Alright so here I go. I was a twig that weighed 115lbs at 6'3 at the age of 17. I was fed up with people calling me names so I decided to do something about. With the help of some of my friends, I started hitting up the gym and started eating a lot (I have a really high metabolism like you). I packed on 25lbs in the last 6 months and i am currently at 140lbs. Gym has not just helped me gained weight, it has also helped me look better and in shape. Also, I cannot stress this enough, eating a shit ton of unhealthy food is not going to gain you weight. Trust me, I have tried it.
    Heres what you need to do:
    Start hitting up the gym
    Eat a shit ton of healthly food (fast food maybe 2 times a week max)
    If you cant get enough healthy calories, I'd recommend buying a weight gainer instead of eating junk food.
    Take creatine.
    Also if you do plan on hitting the gym( I highly recommend you do), you should start with a workout like this:

    False information. While bulking a highly amount of protein is so not NEEDED. Fat does NOT convert to muscle, fats are needed to keep your TEST maximum. That's why it is so important to have in any sort of diet, cutting or bulking. Test is also the reason why females put on much less muscle then us males. Their test levels are WAY lower.

    With that knowledge knowing, I doubt your arms are 18 inch pure rock hard muscle. Don't bragg of how big your arms are in the bulk and with a pump. I honestly doubt that they even would be 13 inch when lean cut and no pump in them. There is also nothing "bad" about a cookie. There are plenty of good cookies and you can even make them yourself and fit them into your macros.

    Convert fat into muscle.. lol....... you might be revering to carbs, those help macronutients go to the muscle. But fat, does not do such thing.

    Yeah, stop doing what your doing. By the sounds of it, you are not freakishly under-weight or dangerously underweight and the only reason you need to gain weight is to be a better soft lacrose player (hell of a game by the way). You must have a really freakish metabolism for you to never gain a pound. I'm like that but the opposite, one MnM and i wake up the next day 5kg heavier haha. In the long run it would be better if the weight you gain is from lean muscle mass through heavy lifting rather than just lard. Also even if your skinny eating nothing but greasy chicken every day isn't good for your blood pressure or cholestoral.

    My advice: If you want to gain the weight do it by eating lots of high-fibre vegetables and protein, maybe even a weight-gaining protein shake once or twice a day. Sure if you dont work out its just going to be converted into carbs and stored as fat but that sounds like the results you were looking for. Trust me the buffet looks cheap and inviting but you work there so you probably know how its been made, if that doesn't throw you off eating it i hope the explination above does.

    I tried everything myself.
    Like you Id cram food down untill I could not eat anymore, then I'd cram some more.
    Honestly, at a young age some people just have too high of a metabolism, or is it called fast, whichever it is we just aren't able to gain weight due to it.

    As you get older your metabolism slows down.
    I used to be 6.2 120/130.
    Im 170 now, and gaining, eating like I always eat. What I didn't do was hit the gym back then. So building up some muscle can help increase your weight a bit.

    Now I know this isn't something everyone likes to hear, oh just wait it out, but who knows maybe gym will work out for you.

    Well, if you are trying to gain weight I would recommend going to the weight room or something to that extent. You could also go on the McDonalds diet and eat nothing but McDonalds everyday and you are sure to put on weight. If I had to guess I would say you just have a high metabolism.
