Account recovery?

Okay so heres my issues, my account was hacked, I posted to the forum to try and recover it and they need additional information. The person who i bought the account from is now banned. I know that it was not him who hacked the account. I need to contact him somehow but i don't know how. If someone can help me contact ForexBank please please please pm me or write back here.

I've searched through his posts in the market, I can't find anything with him linking a MSN, Skype or any other contact details. Seeing he's banned, there really isn't too much you can do. You could ask a moderator to do an I.P search on him to see if he's created a new account in order to ban evade and continue in the market, but I'm sure that account would be banned before you could get in contact with him.

Also, how do you know he didn't hack the account? If he was banned, it may be possible he got upset and recovered his account.

 

How do you know it was not him that recovered the account?
I've submitted a report to throw this to the correct section, a mod will do that shortly and help shoot you in the right direction to get your problem fixed.
Make sure you add as much information as possible, your post is a bit ambiguous.
