You could also add a description for Report a Scammer, it looks weird being the only one without one. "If you've been scammed, post a report with evidence." or "Report any scammers that you encounter here." Also vouches: "Post your vouch threads here. Members can post vouches for other members here. Post count does not increase here." Lots of "here"s. Maybe it could be changed to "Post a vouch thread here for other people to leave vouches. Post count does not increase."
