The title pretty much says it all. I'm not enough self-important to come up with a replica of a ToS which doesn't mean much to anyone anyway. I'll only add a few things.

1) 500M minimum purchase.
2) All WU fees are paid by the buyer.
3) Unless you are very trusted, I won't go first. We can use a MM at your expense if there are related costs.
4) Please do not pester the thread with useless comments. That being said, constructive criticism is always welcome as well as feedbacks on the trades.
