Are there any bots that work for Mac?

I've been searching for a bot for my mac for a while now, downloaded bootcamp but it's always a hastle to switch back and forth. Has anyone ever found a working bot for macs?

 

Rsbot and epicbot both work for mac.

 

how do you get it to work? i keep on trying and it never works for some reason or another.

 

In what way does it not work?

Is it that, the client won't load?

The bot doesn't start?

 

i've heard lots of people tell me simba was one of the safest types of bots to use, is there any way it would work on mac?

 

If you use Wine Simba should work through that

 

Epicbot is tricky, you'll have to go to their Q&A section and follow their step by step procedure for Macs.

If Mrluckydraw is helping you with powerbot than I'll let him take care of that. If you need help with Epicbot however, in their Q&A they'll tell you what specific version of Mac you must have downloaded in order to run their client. I known they support 10.7.4 so your Mac's software shouldn't be any sort of issue.

 

TRiBot should work if you run it via wine.

 

Powerbot / Rsbot works just fine and without wine.. you're probably having the very common java issue on Macs. You want to install the newest Java from Java that dates past Apple's supported release than make sure it's set to run on your Java Preferences. PM me and I can help you step by step, if it's not Java that's the problem I have a couple more ideas but it's likely Java if it won't open since I had that problem myself before resolving it.
