Need a good way to get to 70 agility and 70 ranged...

I have 52 ranged and am using adamant crossbow with steel bolts and blue d hide armour with ava's accumulator. I need to get it to 70 but need a place to train with good exp.
Then I also need to get 70 agility already have 43 and need a good place to train that with a good idea of what food to get...this will all lead to a trip to nex with my darts.

If you are a main a good way to get your range up is using a cannon at dagganoths in the place in horror from the deep. Just wear tank melee gear and the cannon will get you around ~100k exp p/h. The cannon's accuracy/damage is effected by how good you are at your current attack style so wear your best melee armour and weapon.
For agility get 43-48 at Barbarian Outpost agility course then take some summer pies (necessary) and head to Ape Atoll.

EDIT: Also the barbarian horn when filled can give you x2 experience for agility

Do barbarian assault for a few hours so you can fill up your penance horn with xp potential. Then train at barbarian outpost until you're at 49 agility. Get an inv of food and 1 summer pie then go to the wilderness agility course for the fastest xp/hr (1.1k-1.2k xp per lap). You'll only have to eat a summer pie once before entering the agility course.

 

Agility is a bitch so i'll just lamp it with every SoF lamps..

for range and decent hp xp i'll just get some knifes and go to orges near castle wars.

but if yu don't want hp xp then just cannon at daggs


But I do recommend getting hp up while training range

 

You need to complete Horror from the deep to do the cannoning.
You also need to complete Monkey Madness and buy a gree gree and kill a monkey ninja and make a monkey ninja gree gree as that's the only way you can do the course.

 

Do agility arena, and for ranged get iron knives and go to the ogre cage in adrougne

 

You can train on deadly red spiders, flesh crawlers (if you have the appropriate Slayer level), and my personal favorite, experiments. I would recommend experiments even though they only drop bones, but if you have a bonecrusher it will also give you prayer experience. Another reason I recommended these NPCs is, all the requirements are minimal and take a fraction of time compared to completing Monkey Madness, etc. You can also cannon all of these NPCs.

 

Was thinking about wearing full guthans with cannon? and its near the lighthouse right?

Go to ape atoll as soon as you can with summer pies. I did that, then I did gnome adv with summer pies and got 77-85 in a week

 

I'd recommend doing range now and keeping agility for the double exp weekend on the 27th of this month. Also, Jack of Trades aura is a good shout for skills that are grinded as much as agility.
