The chargeback was a result of PayPal limitation. This has happened to me before they automatically attempt to reverse the funds for security measures. They required proof of things such as my Utility Bill, Social Security Number, and Photo ID.

In conclusion, "jum ullrich" as PayPal states, has his money returned. Please let me know if you need more information.

He said he's been repaid although I'm confused why it says you filed an unauthorized dispute. It didn't say "paypal has placed a hold", it said YOU filed the dispute. Maybe that's just paypal being dumb? I have to look into it

 

You definitely filed an unauthorized claim. That's not an ordinary paypal inquiry.
